MATERNITY SESSION

During your pregnancy session, I want to create timeless frames, those that after some years will still fill you with pride and joy, which you will look at with tenderness and sentiment. I want to prove to you that your beauty is not a matter of flowing silk or a spectacularly long dress - that beauty is you and only your body. As your pregnancy photographer, I want to prove to you that in order to show the essence of femininity.

I want you to feel beautiful, strong, self-confident and cared for when you meet me. And I want your photos to show just that ... Therefore, when you meet with me, you don't have to worry that you have never participated in a photo session, that you have no experience in front of the lens. I will guide you so that the uncertainty or slight stage fright will disappear behind the door of my studio. And I can promise that when you leave my pregnancy session, you will take with you not only photos that you will be proud of, but also good humor and confidence that it was a unique experience.

WHEN CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A MATERNITY SESSION?

If you are wondering when is best to contact the selected maternity photographer, I would suggest to schedule a session between 28-34 weeks of pregnancy. Your belly would usually be laying high and round. However, this date is approximate and ultimately depends on you and your well-being . If you have a small tummy, or have gained little weight, you can make an appointment even up to 36-38 weeks of pregnancy. Book a pregnancy session in advance - preferably min. 3-4 months before the chosen date of the session.

Why do we not leave the pregnancy session until the end of pregnancy? We want to make you feel great on this day and enjoy the role of a model. The closer you get to your due date, the more challenging it will be to make you comfortable, because your body will likely retain more water in preparation for delivery, which leads to swelling of your feet or hands.

CAN MY HUSBAND / PARTNER AND CHILDREN PARTICIPATE IN THE SESSION?

I can not even imagine that your maternity session could take place without people who are important to you and whom you would like to invite to a joint session. This applies to both your partner / husband and children. I welcome all the people close to you. Please let me know who will be attending our session, so that I can prepare for it and propose adequate arrangements. When invaitaing your loved ones to the session, please remember to provide them with outfits that match your selected styles.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE PREGNANCY SESSION?

As probably every pregnancy photographer, I will prepare you for our meeting by sending a list of things and accessories to take and will potentially suggest a few treatments to be performed prior to the session. There is nothing to worry about,we are not looking in to anything complicated. I may suggest, a manicure, proper skin hydration so that it shines beautifully in the photos. It is compulsory to bring your own underwear to the photo session, as it is not provided in my studio. All other accessories such as dresses, fabrics, bodysuits, jewelry and hats are available to use.

WHO PROVIDES OUTFITS FOR A PHOTO SESSION?

Most of the clothes that you can find in my pregnancy photos are the equipment of my studio - among the outfits you will find dresses, bodysuits, T-shirts, pants, materials. We also have jewelry and hats that are so fashionable among pregnancy photographers. However, I encourage you to browse your wardrobe in search of interesting "pearls" that I could integrate into a pregnancy session and use to emphasize your style, your tastes or your traditions and origin.

WHERE IS THE SESSION TAKEN?

Pregnancy sessions take place in a studio in Kettering. The studio is equipped with accessories that allow you to change the scenery. I provide an intimate atmosphere and conditions in which you will feel at ease and comfortable. We also choose arrangements and outfits together to emphasise your beauty and mark the belly. I also provide an outdoor settings opportunity in the beautiful surroundings of nearby parks and forests, or a place of your choice.
